Audrey visits rocky Hill DTC

Over the past week, Audrey had the pleasure of visiting the Rocky Hill DTC,led by Vice-Chairman/Former State Representative Richard Tulisano Audrey was very impressed by the high turnout of the meeting and the energy of the members. Audrey gave her 10 minute speech about where she wants to take the state of Connecticut as the next Secretary of the State. She commented on her disappoint over Campaign Finance not being passed and the need for a new kind of leadership for the state. The leadership in the Democratic party shouldn't be so attached to PAC money and Ad books like Republicans. She expressed that this is the time for many reforms to be passed, Democrats have the power to change the political landscape. We shouldn't waste our power playing it safe, we need bold and decisive leadership. Audrey got the chance to meet the Democratic Candidate for Mayor and wished Tony LaRosa the best of luck. Rockey Hill Democrats are posed for victory after being under a Republican Mayor for the last 4 years.
